User Guide

Buyers can browse registered companies’ catalog and the company information through the electronic marketplace website. The buyers can also send inquiries regarding protects or company of their interests. You can click “For Buyer” on the upper right corner of the ENG website, to see the menu options the buyers frequently use.

Obtaining Information
  • Obtaining Product Information: You can find product information on Product Page. If you connect to the page, you will find the detailed shoes categories on the left. Select the category you want, to see the product lists. Product information can be sorted by order of newest to oldest product or alphabetical order of the company names.
  • Obtaining Company Information: You can find company information on Company Page. If you connected to the page, you will find the detailed company group categories on the left. Select the company group category you want, to see the corresponding company group. Company group information can be sorted by date when each company signed up, or alphabetical order of the company names. Companies can be browsed in multiple industries.
  • Keyword Search: Type in the search keyword in the search bar which is on the upper part of the website. Then click the “Search” button to begin searching. You can find any product information, company information and Trade Leads information including that keyword.
Send Inquiry
  • Inquire us now: On the searched product and company page, the buyer can send an inquiry email to the corresponding company by clicking “Inquiry” button. Business inquiry receipt or transmission can be managed on “My Inquiry Menu” window. You can track the receipt status of your message sent through the My Inquiry Menu, and check the content of the sent messages.
Other Useful Menu
  • Buyer Registration: By registering minimal information during the membership registration process, you can send an inquiry. But without the membership registration, you cannot use certain part of the menus such as inquiry management on “My Page.”
  • Posting Buying Leads: Buyer can register offer information on the “Trade Leads” board for trade of certain product, or in order to find an appropriate company for their business. Registered information can be browsed or responded with an offer by other companies, enabling a trade for both sides.

Sellers can make a catalog of the product they want to promote, and register their company information through the electronic marketplace website. Through the promotional contents, you can manage the buyers’ purchase inquires and replies. You can click “For Seller” on the upper right corner of the ENG website, to see the menu options the sellers frequently use.

Registration & Management of Promotional Contents
  • Company Information: Your company information from the membership registration will be presented. You can edit your company information in “Company Info” on “My Page.” For category information, you may register up to 5 categories related to the product your company promotes. You can edit the image for the upper part of a catalog in “Catalog top image” on the same webpage.
  • Product Information: Product information can be created and managed in “My Products” on “My Page” of ENG website. When registering the product information, create a group and then register each product to the group by using “Add item.” You can include image or movie in your product information. Each product will be presented in the catalog in the order it is presented on “My Product” page.
Inquiry Management
  • Inquire Us Now: Inquiry from the buyers can be checked on “Inbox” page of “My Inquiry.” You can check the content of the inquiry on the same page, send the inquiry back regarding the message to the buyer, and review the messages in “Sent Box.” You can track the receipt status of your message sent through the My Inquiry Menu, and check the content of the sent messages.
Miscellaneous
  • For the seller, only the approved information of product and company after the membership presentation are exposed to the e-marketplace. Our approval criteria are based on the members who have correctly reported product and company information. The approval may not be processed for the member who has registered same product multiple times, or who has not updated any product information.
